Sleep where Al Capone slept, in the heart of Historic Downtown Hot Springs overlooking world famous Bridge Street with the best view of the strip from the 3rd floor balcony. Walk downstairs, and you are on the sidewalk of the entertainment district, a short walk to many of best restaurants, shops and bars located in the heart of all the action. This property is absolutely awesome. It is a super cool, one of a kind 1920's loft complete with pool table and draft beer tower and full of amazing history and artifacts dating back to the 1920's. Capone's Loft is a super clean, completely remodeled, cozy, stylish two bedroom, two full bath property with walk in showers and a large open kitchen with all the modern conveniences of home. Take a trip back in time while sleeping in the most comfortable new king size beds and watching your favorite movies on one of many huge TV's, surfing the internet, playing games on the new Xbox, or a playing a game of pool.

Only responsible groups who will respect this property need to apply! Vacation homes are often seen as ideal ‘party’ venues for groups of young (and not so young) people. This is a great property meant to have a good time in, with respect to the property and the neighbors. NO bachelor or bachelorette parties or destructive behavior will be tolerated! No pets are allowed. Capone's Loft may not be suitable for young children or anyone that has difficulty climbing stairs. We ‘screen’ all potential guests to make sure they are a good match for our historic property. Rates start at $375 per night, with a two night minimum and a $125 cleaning fee. A fully refundable damage deposit and insurance is required. The price is for 6 guests only. The owner reserves the right to check and confirm the amount of guests in the rental space.
